Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Corral Western Wear. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Window (Refunds)
Items returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused, and unworn condition with tags attached are eligible for a full refund to the original method of payment.

2. Exchange Only (After 7 Days)
Items returned after 7 days but within 30 days of delivery are eligible for exchange or store credit only. No refunds will be issued after the initial 7-day period.

3. Online Hat Policy (Final Sale)
Due to the delicate nature of headwear and to ensure hygiene, all hats ordered online are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on hats.

4. Please Measure Your Head
Because hats are final sale, please measure your head carefully before ordering. If you have questions about sizing, please contact us at 281-341-0900 or CorralWesternWearTack@gmail.com before purchasing.

5. Condition of Items
All items must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective.

7. Layaway Policy

Items placed on layaway are FINAL SALE.

No returns or exchanges are allowed on layaway items, including footwear, apparel, hats, or accessories.

Once an item is placed on layaway, it cannot be swapped for a different size, color, or style.

8. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide return instructions and cover return shipping if applicable.

Replacement or refund will be issued once the item is reviewed.

9. Final Sale Items

Clearance, discounted, or marked Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Final Sale items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.
